We had a fantastic time staying at a hotel with great views. We enjoyed delicious food at a pizzeria on the very top of the mountain, and the main restaurant also served tasty meals. the location was perfect for exploring the Lugano lakefront. Our room was comfortable with a spacious bathroom, and the staff provided excellent service. the breakfast was filled with a large variety of options, and we loved taking advantage of the available fitness equipment.
The hotel could have benefited from better directions, making it easier to find.

I had a great stay in this hotel with stunning views. The room was compact yet spacious and had a balcony with beautiful scenery. The bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of wardrobe space. The hotel also had excellent amenities such as a pool and tennis courts. The check-in and check-out process was effortless, and I was impressed with the 24/7 WhatsApp support.

Stunning views from the rooms and terrace. Great sports facilities including tennis courts. Friendly and attentive waiter at the restaurant.
Limited options for self-catering and nearby restaurants, make sure to plan ahead. The rooms can get stuffy without air conditioning.

We enjoyed the peaceful location of this hotel with stunning views of the mountains. the swimming pools were a highlight, with both indoor and outdoor options available. the breakfast was also great, with a good selection of food to choose from.
the hotel was quite far from the bus stop, which made it challenging to get around without a car.

Very clean and cozy apartment. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location near Lugano with beautiful green surroundings. On-site pool with a view of the lake and city. Lots of tennis courts. Comfortable and homey decoration and furniture.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us. The hotel is located in a beautiful and serene area, surrounded by lush greenery. The highlight of our stay was definitely the on-site pool, which offered a breathtaking view of the lake and city. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-decorated, making us feel right at home. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the comfortable room. The free car parking was a bonus.
We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.
